I have been writing stories since I first got my hands on a typewriter when I was 9. When I was about 11, I attended a chamber music concert with my parents. My mother thought I had fallen asleep and nudged me to wake up. I patiently explained that I was just watching the pictures in my mind that the music was inspiring. It took me years to really understand that others didn’t have pictures (or characters walking around talking to one another!) in their heads as I do.

I have had twelve original short stories published in various anthologies, as well as two reprints - one in an anthology and another in an online magazine.
